hmmmmmmmmmm Well I'll try to give you the least biased answer I can. The SM version is musically better. The recordings are cleaner, the parts are more complex, Dear Sergio and Day in Day Out both have new lyrical verses, and the solos are twice as crazy. However that's actually the reason why most people like C22's version better. It sounds like a bunch of kids getting together without lots of money to make a super awesome studio recording. I don't know why it can be better to listen to but it can. I have friends who like SM better, those who like C22 better, and I personally will take either. It depends on what you want out of the album. If you're a big fan of both bands, like I am, it would be worth it just as a collector's item. Hope that helps.

There's at least one really big thread on this topic already: http://www.horntabs.net/forum/thread/527/1 I think that's the biggest but I'm not sure, hope it helps. And on the topic, I needa gets me a copy of the SM one...still only got the C22 one. Awesome stuff. -Faulk
