Being that a lot of the general topic threads still seem to revolve around music, how about a favourite movie thread ? Sad as it is mine is White Men Cant Jump - an early 90's classic that is still brilliant today ! Anyone ?

| The Producers, don't care how people feel about musicals, that movie is awesome! Anyone who hasn't seen it definitely should go do that now. | ||

Yeah I've noticed before that this board is supposed to be for non horntabs related discussion, but it doesn't often stray far... I really liked the Bourne Trilogy. Other favourites would be Baseketball, anything Monty Python, Star Wars, Donnie Darko...various war movies... I think currently my favourite movie would be Everything is Illuminated. That was pretty good. |

Well, I love Disney Movies, i.e. Aladdin, Lion King, etc... Besides those, in no order, Office Space, Drum Line, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Snakes on a Plane (so bad it's awesome!, Swing Kids, and I'm sure there's more but I can't remember them o.O |

| It's hard to find the favourite movie but one that I like'd a lot is "La Haine"("the hate") of Mathieu Kassovitz. The movie shows a single day of 3 young men in a ghetto outside Paris and explores themes of racism and political violence. For many people that film predicted the French riots. The british band Asian Dub Foundation has a track "la haine" as a tribute to the film. | ||

| Also a very good movie with a great soundtrack is "Underground" which is directed by Emir Kusturica. The soundtrack is Goran Bregovic's and it has a great horn section playing a balkan's style. The song I prefer from the soundtrack is "kalashnikov".Check it out! | ||
