Anyone ever heard of these ?

I heard one of their tracks on late night radio a couple of nights back and loved it. Kind of heavy ska punk and full of energy

Didnt know if either of their albums were worth a listen ?

Yes, 90% of ska fans will recognize this band, they are very popular in the ska world. Some say super-band. Anyway, I say it is worth listening to anything you can get your hands on by them.

Who? Nope never heard of them .

Just joking mate, they are by far one of my favourite bands. Awesome horn section and brilliant Vocalist/songwriter. Definately worth a listen.

Streetlight Manifesto
Reel Big Fish
Five Iron Frenzy
Catch 22
Big D and the Kid's Table
Less Than Jake
Mad Caddies
Mustard Plug
The Aquabats
Mighty Mighty Bosstones
Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra
Cherry Poppin' Daddies (although they are primarily swing and have songs in lots of different genres, songs like Don Quixote, and Sockable Face Club are definitely worth the listen to any ska fan, I would recommend listening to anything you can get your hands on by them, it's all very different, they have some real interesting songs)
The Toasters
Pie Tasters

A couple of songs from each of those bands should be enough to cover most of your bases, you can pick and choose what you like best and your library will gradually grow to include a few songs by all those bands and more. Any additions for our friend here guys? I tried to cover the best range I could, but I still think I'm lacking in a good punk-ska band, and I'm sure there's at least one more big name I'm missing, not to mentionall the little ones that are just as good.
