PART 1 Well, I just started a b.a. Ska Band with some pretty b.a. people. Seeing if anyone can give any pointers. We have a myspace: www.myspace.com/projectos . We have a full horn line plus a newly added TUBA!!!!! (tuba's not in recordings yet) We have songs recorded but with really bad recordings cause they were recorded on a digital camara. Some feed back would be nice both on here and on our myspace. Thank you all! PART 2 There are no new tabs for the new Streetlight Album. It takes too much time and i have to practice a lot so if someone could give me a hand that would be great. parts for the alto sax would be best for me. (thats what i play) THANKS! |

part 1 everybody could use a little brushing up, but i'm sure you already knew that. the recording isn't as bad as you think..it's actually really decent. if you just started than you guys are off to a good start. but the thing with ska bands is that there are so many band members that it's easy to break up but also tougher to replace people because finding other people who want to play in a ska band is hard as it is, let alone find someone who is good at that kind of style or horn section. just stay solid and you make future postings so we can see your progress. part 2 i think streetlight manifesto needs to put the tabs on themselves after every album they make so people everywhere wont have to take the time to tab their music. I wonder if they know about this website because everyone wants to know all their tabs anyway. maybe i'll contact them ha! |
