Well then. Hello people, new here, but I've been browsing the tabs for a while. I played trumpet for three years from grade four through to grade seven, but had to take a hiatus due to the fact that I got braces. I've only gotten seriously back into trumpet in the last six months, after I got the braces off, and am having extreme difficulty hitting above G. Don't get me wrong, on a good day, I can hit A clearly, but on others, I struggle with a F#. I am dedicated to the trumpet though. Wherein the true dilemma lies, is the fact that I've been offered to be bought a much, much better trumpet (Hoping for a bach strad). I currently play a King 601. Is it prudent to pick up a new trumpet?
