has anyone tried any of those cheap Selman trumpets on ebay? I've been looking hard at the $160 C trumpets and the $210 rotary valve flugel. they look like good looking instruments and they say monel valves. as long as the valves are descent I can make it sound good. but I can't play an instrument if the valves don't go up and down rather quickly. I'm tempted to buy one and if it sucks take it apart and make it into something weird. any insight would be nice
