Just when I was about to finally buy a SM sweatshirt, I go to their online store ( http://www.theriscgroup.com/riscstore/index.html ), and it hardly works! For me, at least. Does everybody get the same "Not Found" error when you click that link? Some of the links at the bottom right of the page work, but everything ultimately just goes to another "Not Found" error page. (Such as when you try to create an account or Checkout.) I just wanted to make sure it wasn't just me or anything. (I have tried different browsers and I do have cookies enabled...) |

When I said the store is "down," I don't mean that it con't be accessed, I mean that almost every link clicked on ultimately comes to a page with this message: Not Found The requested URL /theriscgroup/Merchant2/merchant.mvc was not found on this server. Apache/1.3.33 Server at host16.apollohosting.com Port 443 I managed to add the item I wanted to my basket, but when clicking "Checkout" just gives that error again. Same with trying to create an account. Oh well, hopefully they'll fix it soon. |

Yeah, I did. I actually happened to go to their site that day when made the post of their robbery. I also read the entire post, and he says, "Any ticket sales and merch purchases will help us get back on our feet." So I figured, alright, I'll buy some merch. So I tried, but it doesn't work. Besides, I always assumed it was people from the RISC group running the store. I highly doubt that members of Streetlight are the webmasters of the online store. (I'm assuming they are the webmasters of their site though.) I can't help but thinking they must be wondering why people aren't buying stuff and only making donations through PayPal instead -- well, tell RISC to fix the store and we just might! Also, I believe that the store still wasn't working before the robbery, so it's dysfunction is not a result of that. It was working at one point long ago though... |
