this is most likely from your top and bottom lips buzzing at different speeds. To correct this... practise. Don't keep playing the note however if it is trilling. Fix it and just play long tones. I hope this solves your problem.

when you play, your embouchure might be a little weak, that guy upstairs is right, practicing will help fix this problem, also try adjusting your embouchure accordingly when you attempt to play the note that's troubling you.

It could be caused by a weak airflow as well. trombone players are notourious for there "off center, fuzzy, weak tone"

I have that problem sometimes, try doing long tones, (as said above) and pushing out more air.

Also try readjusting your embouchere. Your mouth might be too far to the left or right, or to far up or down.

A lip can't vibrate faster than the other one. That's just incredibly stupid. The lips vibrate in sympathy for the air that's being pushed into the mouthpiece. Like a string vibrates on a violin, our air vibrates and makes tones on our horn. that was dumb. pratice makes perfect.

actually, it is possible to be buzzing at different speeds. If your embouchure isn't strong enough, or if you're pressing too hard against the mouthpiece/have a weird mouthpiece position it might cause undue stress on the upper or lower lips causing them to vibrate irregularly.

try playing those notes that you're getting a bad attack on quietly. Repeat that and add a little more volume and so on and so on...

As said before, the best things to do are to practice and to use more air.
