ive played on a couesnon trombone for about a year now. its super awesome and it was made in 1941 in paris. sadly, i can not find anyone with any info about the company. i find a whole bunch of stuff about thier saxes.....but i dont wanna know about them. all i know is that of all the t-bones ive picked up and played (somewhere around 15....this is the first one ive owned....im really a.....a trumpet player)mine is the only one i feel great about. all the other ones i play feel really cheep. like....no fullness to their feel. i can play on mine and the sound is just great. i mean, im only used it for marching band and a few jazz songs....but ...its the awesomest. i got it for $150 at a local pawn shop. but i dont really think id sell it. plus it has a real lock for the slide. a lot of the bones i come into contact with haf just a spinning latch thing...this one is screwed on threads. so i can trust it. and who said anything about olds being cheep? i have an olds trumpet and cornet. they are my favorite horns too.

I Have A Martin Imperial Trombone (i can't find a model # anywhere on it). The bell is 6 1/2 inches across, and the bore is extremely small, maybe a quarter inch bigger than a trumpet bore (my friend who plays trumpet likes to call it a slide trumpet). My music teacher who sold it to me said it was manufacture in 1918 (or it might've been 1921 i can't remember), and i got it for $275 :L and apparently with the people who've posted so far i have the oldest trombone
I also have a jupiter trombone with an F attatchment and some jupiter trombone also. Bone it up

YSL-648R pro rules. A very fine horn. I play the same, with the Yamaha mouthpiece that was included. As backup I play a cheap model (Eastman something, small bore, don't know the full name) with a Vincent Bach 4C mouthpiece.
