| Sounds Like Chicken are an awesome underground band from Melbourne, Australia. They're like ska but heavier and their newest album 'Like a Cannonball to the Ocean Floor' is all about pirates and stuff. It'll probably be pretty hard to get a hold of any of their music in America (you can't download any from their site) but if you can find it they're definately worth a listen. I highly recommend them to people who like rock and ska and pirates, or anyone really. | ||

| What is the website because if you have it already it saves me time in search engines. I look forward to listening to them actually. I love pirate themed music. I really want to write a pirate song for my band so maybe It'll give me some inspiration. The pirate song is one of the next tasks on our list. | ||

www.soundslikechicken.com.au should work. I think there's a link to somewhere that you can order their albums from but no promises. Their most pirate themed songs are Walk Ye the Plank, Battle of Stentorian, Caution and Scourge of the Black spot (All from 'Like a Cannonball to the Ocean Floor). |

Awesome! I have to admit, I'd actually forgotten about tabbing that stuff but I guess if you're interested I'll get started. But what instrument do you play? I know I can get it right for trumpet fairly soon but it'll take me longer if you want it for bone or sax. Unless you can transpose. Oh and I've only got "Like a Cannonball to the Ocean Floor"....yeah. But I hear that they're working on a new album. I'll be getting that -Faulk

lol, anh its ok to forget if the time has been... lets say about 6 months, 1 week... my fault for that...i got a ska band and it would be cool as if you could make the horn parts... i probably could transpose, any song will do really if u can get at least one song i will praise you B)

Yeah, sorry about that. I didn't think it worked but I wasn't sure. Stupid hotmail has been stuffing up on me lately. So I'm gonna try and e-mail it again right now but if that doesn't work I guess I'll try doing it through Outlook Express. I would post it here but Marty is currently moderating the forums and doesn't want people posting tabs so until Sander (the Webmaster) gets back, e-mail is the only way you can get 'em. |
