I was kind of hoping for an opinion from someone who's heard them rather than another internet article. But thanks anyway.

www.pandora.com

make a hepcat radio station and they'll play some songs by them aswhile as songs from bands that sound similar.

Yeah again, I wanted an opinion not another internet thing but I guess I can't be too demanding (beggars can't be choosers!) I'd probably like to follow up that pandora thing (I at least had a look at their site) but my internet use is somewhat limited at the moment. I guess if no one's heard them then there's not much else I can do...NO WORRIES

If you have ever heard the Reel Big Fish DVD and heard "She has a girlfriend now" on the DVD, the song in the middle is part of a hepcat song. "Come on baby dance with me..."

if you've ever seen Douce Bigalow Male Jiggalo the song right at the beginning when he's cleaning the fish tank is a Hepcat song called 'No Worries' (one of their best). The blind guy from that show "Becker" is one of the singers in Hepcat! (he's not actually blind FYI) Alex Desert is his name.

I've heard the song "she has a girlfriend now" but not from the DVD so I'm assuming that its not the same. And I have seen Douce Bigalow but the song doesn't immediately spring to mind so I guess I'll have to watch it again sometime. Also yeah, that blind guy is from Becker, I found that out from that Wikipedia article that Lupe sent me to.

Cheers all.
