| Ah man, I'm finally seeing Streetlight on the 18th of May, and if you haven't heard, they're playing with The Aquabats! It's gonna be like the best night of my life. I cannot wait. I'll let you guys know how it was. | ||

Sorry, forgot to mention, the show is in Lancaster, CA. The venue is pretty small, so I'm hoping I'll get a chance to meet them. That'd be awexome. SM updated their site with tour dates, you can check them out at http://www.streetlightmanifesto.com/ |

Welp, I went to the show yesterday, and IT WAS SKAWEXOME. It was so amazing, even though Streetlight only played a few songs. They started with a awesome new song that had a sweet horn line part, then If and When We Rise, then Everything Went Numb, Point/Keasbey Nights/Counterpoint, another new song (just as good as anything you'd expect from Streetlight... so awesome), and A Moment of Silence/Violence. Well, I guess that's more than a few, but I was hoping for Here's To Life and A Better Place, A Better Time too. But they had to make time for the Aquabats, who were also really good... their show/performance was great, but no music compares to Streetlight. The venue is pretty small, and pretty much the entire place was a mosh pit/circle of craziness, and my friend was up there in front singing into the mic they handed down and crowd surfing. Tomas said that we were the best crowd they've had so far, lol. But man, it was so cool. I got 4 of their autographs on SM's Keasbey Nights CD booklet -- Mike Soprano (trombone), Delano Bonner (trumpet), Chris Thatcher (drums), and Jim Conti (sax). Of course, I wanted to get Tomas the most, and I was like 2 feet from him, but he turned down the guy in front of me wanting him to sign a poster, and he like ran outside. I went outside, but he looked all stressed out and was sitting on the cumper of their truck, so I decided not to bother him. The other guys were all awesome and nice about though. It was definitely a night to remember, lol. The awesomeness.... |

| I can't imagine Tom turning down an autograph like that. I met him a few shows ago and actually hugged the guy. It must have been pretty bad if he turned down someone. | ||

| Yeah, I'm sure he would've been happy to sign stuff, but I don't think he was feeling well; might've been overheated since it was hot as hell in there. The "Bat Commander" from the Aquabats commented like 5 times during the show how hot it was in there, lol. | ||
