Not bad. The singer's kinda different. I can't think of what band he reminds me of, but it's definately something. Can't put my finger on it, though. You could try harmonizing some of your parts - from the sounds of it you have at least a trombone, trumpet and two saxes, so it shouldn't be too difficult. Try having the trumpet or a sax play 3rds above the normal melody for an easy harmonization. (3rds and 6ths make for good harmonies, 4ths 5ths and 7ths do not). I can get into it further but I don't know how much you really want to know, so =P.

no offense max, but you are wrong about your harmonization advice. 4ths are inverted 5ths, and fifths are very good for harmonizing, though if used too much they can get old because the almost regal sound they have. it depends on what youre writing. giving advice to someone to limit the harmonies they should use isnt exactly good. besides, with more than three horns you should be up for three part harmonies, 1st 3rd and 5ths, though that may be a little rough if you dont know what you are doing.
