Squished?

The forum is a bit less wide, because I made the sidebars the same on all pages. Is that what you mean?

I love how the profile is much easier to edit and the ability to change your e-mail address. It's so much more functional. Excellent.

The search ability in the tabs section is wonderful also. I've been waiting for something like this. The site is always improving and both you and Sander do an excellent job!

I actually like the old version better. The bar with the Web and Mail links kinda clutters things. People likely won't click those links often, and when they do, they could just access them in the user's profile also.

Just my 2 cents.

Also, what happened to Post Count??

It took too much processor power to include that for every user. I might add it to the profile page later.

Yes, thanks a lot, it looks great now, especially with the smaller default text size.

Ah, I see. The profiles would be a good place for them if you do decide to bring it back.

EDIT: YES! Editing posts is now here! Thanks!

the only problem i have, after the pseudoproblems i had earlier, is that the advertisement bars on the right cover over the top 4-5 posts on the forums... if ya hafta have em to pay for the site, can ya at least put em on the bottom left or sumthing?

I've modified the page a little bit -- the textbox at the bottom was pulling things out of shape at lower resolutions (800x600; 640x480)

The ad bars should now be outside the forum list unless you make your browser REALLY REALLY small.

I really like how we have the option to submit "other horn" tabs. While I understand that you wouldn't want to dabble in many and master none, I don't see horntabs ever coming to this. Horntabs specializes in trumpet tabs, and then also sax and bones have a decent following. I can't see other horns taking much precedence over these, and it will add a novelty to the site. I think it's a good idea.

i just noticed that... that's so awesome! now we can put in tabs for stuff that otherwise would be left untabbed!

Suggestion:

What about a 'links' option in the toolbar to other tabs websites. I think several members play other intruments - guitar, bass, drums, etc.
